FOTA HOUSE AND GARDENS PLANT FAIR

We are very much looking forward to visiting Cork again and seeing some old friends at the Fota Show on September 13.  We will be taking along some new Clematis which we have just brought back from Holland and also some new perennials.  This is the first taster for you

This is a Clematis we have just acquired and it sounds amazing, havent see it in flower yet but....  This is an unusual member of the Clematis family being placed in the tanguitica section but is a cross between ligustifolia and serratifolia.  Bears masses of white 2-4cm wide flowers which are star shaped from July to September.  It can reach up to 3m and will happily grow in full sun or part shade.
